Dr Ross made me feel very comfortable from the get go. I went from feeling very nervous to completely calm and ready after the first face to face consultation. He listened to what I was after/ the look I wanted and the result was even better than I expected. I felt that I knew all the pros and cons of the surgery and therefore felt I knew what I was getting myself into. His nurse was extremely comforting and again calmed my nerves and was also very responsive to any questions I had. All in all I would do it all over again and have been recommending him already. Thank you!

I was really pleased with my breast augmentation. The operation and the recovery went really well and the results were exactly what I was looking for. Dr Ross had been recommended to me by friends. He does not sell himself or over promise during your initial consultation . I actually liked this approach as I knew he had great expertise . My operation went really smoothly and the healing went really well. I did email in with one query over the second weekend post op and Dr Ross rang me straight back as the nurses were not available at that time. I really appreciated that quick response. Overall a really good experience and I am happy with my results and feeling much more confident .

I had a consultation with Mr Ross to discuss breast reductions. I was extremely nervous and wasn't even sure I would go ahead. However, after the consultation I felt very reassured and comfortable that his experience and good practice and advice would mean I was in safe hands. Mr Ross was realistic in his explanations and I felt fully informed. Post surgery I am absolutely delighted with the results.
